Statistics for Describing, Exploring, and Comparing Data
In this unit, you will learn important statistics, including the mean, median, and standard deviation. You will need to access the statistical programs found on your calculator for this section. The PowerPoints include calcualtor tips and instructions. Towards the end of the unit, you will learn a very important formula used to compare different scores: the z-score formula. This unit includes one more important type of graph to know: the boxplot.
